When plans are complete, they are sent out
for pricing and the church is given a
detailed budget showing the anticipated
cost of construction. The budget is broken
down into 26 different areas and each of
these areas are further broken down into
their components. Breaking the job apart
this way allows us to keep each component
of the project in line with the budget and
identify potential problems early on.
HCM normally has
around 8 projects underway at any one time
and like any business, the better the
volume the better the prices. Using our
system of project management enables us to
pass those savings on to the churches.
